Flour, water, salt... Just three ingredients. That's how it is supposed to be. That's what real bread is made of.

We only use best quality organic non-GMO flour, purified water, and all natural sea salt.

All our loaves are naturally leavened (no yeast is used). Bread baked without commercial yeast has a more complex flavor, an excellent keeping quality, and is better for your health.

Please note: since we prefer not to leave bread on your front porch, someone has to be present at the time of delivery to accept your items. We recommend calling us before placing your order to make sure we can work out the best drop off schedule for you!

Whole wheat levain

Very healthy bread. It is made using the best quality 100% organic non-GMO whole wheat flour. Naturally leavened, with just a hint of sourness and a very pronounced whole wheat taste, this bread has an excellent keeping quality and is a wonderful addition to any meal. Each loaf weighs 750 g. (1 lb 10 oz).

Mini miche

Miche is usually a very large rustic sourdough bread shaped as a round loaf. Traditionally this type of bread was made by the French villagers in the communal ovens, and each loaf weighed around 5 kg! Miche has an excellent keeping quality, which was very important back in the time when people were making bread only about once a week. Today miche is made using natural leavening and high extraction wheat flour (part of the bran and germ are removed before milling, which produces lighter whole-wheat flour). Our mini miche loaf weighs 950 g (2 lb). It is a perfect bread for those who like white bread but are looking to add the extra benefit of the whole grain to their diets.

French sourdough bread (Pain au levain)

Traditional French white sourdough made using 100% organic non-GMO stone ground white wheat flour, natural rye leavening, and a little addition of whole wheat, which results in a delicate flavor, an open cell structure, and a beautiful crust. Each loaf weighs 650 g (1 lb 7 oz).

Fig and walnut levain

One of our favorite breads! It has a very complex, rich taste (sweet from figs with earthy notes from walnuts), tender open crumb, and beautifully caramelized crust. 

 Each loaf weighs 525 g (1 lb  2.5 oz)
